Job Overview:
As a Shopify E-Commerce Manager at YDM, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our clients’ Shopify stores run smoothly. You are someone who can expertly manage multiple e-commerce projects across various time zones, providing hands-on support and direct solutions to clients on simple and complex tasks with efficiency and care. This means we are looking for someone who can independently provide solutions and make informed decisions, reducing the need for consultation and increasing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, managing expectations, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Hands-On Shopify Support: Provide direct, expert-level Shopify support, addressing issues, optimizing stores, and implementing solutions independently.
- Solution Recommendation: Leverage your deep Shopify knowledge to recommend and implement solutions without needing to consult developers, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
- Agency Collaboration: Work closely with agency teams to deliver outstanding e-commerce experiences for Shopify brands, contributing to a high-performance environment.
- Overall Project Management: Maintain and update client-facing documentation and SOPs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: A strong background (minimum 1 year) in managing Shopify e-commerce projects, with a history of working with e-commerce brands and agencies.
- Shopify Expertise: Strong understanding of the Shopify platform, including basic troubleshooting and content management.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues, and plan for more complex tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working remotely and coordinating with a team across different time zones.
- Multitasking and Time Management: Excellent multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to juggle various projects and teams across different time zones.
- Independence: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to provide direct support and recommendations without relying on external input.
Bonus Skills:
- Shopify/e-commerce experience (project management, QA, or development).
- Design scoping and documentation.
- Presentation skills and direct stakeholder management
- Leadership skills
