About the Role:

Our team is passionate about driving business growth through cutting-edge e-commerce platforms and exceptional client service. We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our Management Team in a part-time or full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Management Team, ensuring efficient operation and effective communication within the team.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate all administration tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence to clients.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Support project managers in junior project management tasks to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain project documentation and assist in quality checks to uphold the highest standards of performance and functionality for clients' Shopify platforms.
  • Collaborate with the development and design teams to contribute to the creation of user-friendly Shopify websites.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations within the agency.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Recent graduates with relevant degrees are preferred.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a personal assistant role or similar administrative position.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to understand and manage stakeholder relationships.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with project management software such as ClickUp or Jira.
  • Familiarity with communication tools such as Google Meets, Calendly, Teams and Slack.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software with minimal guidance.
  • Basic understanding of Shopify, e-commerce principles, and digital marketing is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to various roles within the agency.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
